Аннотация

The article examines the research of the method of graphic-analytical analysis of the interaction of ripe cotton bolls with the spindles of cotton harvesting machines (CHM) in the working area. As an object, we took the structural, speed parameters of the spindle, the horizontal spindle apparatus (GSA) and the mechanical properties of the AN-Bayaut-2 cotton variety. A computational analysis was carried out of the gripping ability and retention of cotton seed by the spindles of the harvesting machines at different angular speeds of rotation and location (length and diameter) on the surface of the spindle. In order to obtain an approximate range of the position of the cotton on the surface of the spindle, a graph was plotted for picking up cotton from an open box using a harvesting tool.The calculation of the loading was carried out in accordance with the known operating parameters of the machines and the mechanical characteristics of cotton. The spindle gripping speed is 3000 ~ 5500 r / min. The optimum spindle speed for picking cotton has been determined.
