FROM THE HISTORY OF THE ACTIVITY OF THE COMMISSION TO PROVIDE HELP TO THE HUNGRY IN THE CITIES OF TURKISTAN

This article talks about the noticeable contradictory trace left by that socio-political and economic situation at the beginning of the 20th century in Russia and its colonial countries, in particular in Turkistan.
