Аннотация
In this state, comparative characteristics of laboratory analyzes of 98 patients with steatosis and steatohepatitis are presented. It has been scientifically proven that uroven ALT and AST are higher in steatohepatitis and lower in steatosis. Dyslipidemia (hypertriglyceridemia, increased LPNP and decreased LPVP) occurs in 65-85% of patients. Compared with NAJBP and SP, it was found that the level of inflammation in the furnace was higher than the activity of SG. It has been proven that there is a correct correlation with the parameters of cytolysis, the inhibitory functional state of the liver (FNO-α and ALT). It has been scientifically proven that there is a correct correlation between the concentration of FNO-a, IL-10 and insulin in the blood serum and the indicators of IL-10 and NOMA-IR. It was found that there is no correlation between serum IL-6 and resistance to insulin
