SOME PROBLEMS RELATED TO THE WAIVER OF CHARGES IN THE TRIAL

This article analyzes the specifics of the prosecutor's function at the stage of criminal proceedings, the procedure and conditions for its implementation, the procedure for exercising and waiving public prosecution, the forms of waiving charges. At the same time, the reasons and consequences of the prosecutor's waiver of charges, the procedure for full and partial waiver of charges, some problems that arise when charges are waived were analyzed, proposals and recommendations were developed.
