Аннотация

Therapy for breast cancer is due to the presence of aggressive biological types of tumors that require multiple, expensive chemotherapy regimens, even in the early stages of the process. In recent years, such a direction as MN immunotherapy has been developing, which is aimed at inhibiting tumor growth and stimulating the body's antitumor immune response. Carrying out immunocorrection in patients with breast cancer with Her-2 positive status has great prospects in oncological practice, due to the possibility of reducing the side effects of tumor and chemoradiation intoxication, as well as activating the own antitumor defense system. Determination of the optimal immunomodulatory drugs, the sequence of various effects on the immune system, and their impact on the results of anticancer therapy require further research.
