QUESTIONS OF MODELING THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

This article is devoted to the issues of modeling the quality management system in higher education institutions, in particular, modeling the quality management system. The article also outlines the stages of developing approaches to quality management in education, outlines the basic requirements for developing a model of a quality management system for training specialists in higher educational institutions. The author describes the direction of the process modeling process, analyzes the group process of the created model, consists of four blocks, perechislyaet objects of the quality management system in the framework of the university, develops the structural and functional model of the management system. According to the author, since the implementation and maintenance of a quality management system requires the processing of a very large amount of data, this system should be automated, which is impossible without special software.
