ISSUES OF IMPROVING THE LEGISLATION REGULATING ANNUAL PAID VACATIONS

In this article, the reforms implemented to regulate the rights and interests of employees regarding the use of annual paid vacations are highlighted, as well as the experience and legislation of developed foreign countries in this field are studied, the practice of using annual paid vacations in our country and problematic aspects of national legislation are analyzed and their proposals for elimination are given.
