THE ROLE OF JUDICIARY IN COORDINATING LAWMAKING AND LAW ENFORCEMENT PRACTICE

The paper analyses the current processes associated with the improvement of lawmaking in Uzbekistan, a number of problems in law enforcement practice, the role of namely the bodies of justice in coordination of lawmaking and law enforcement practice, including the importance of the demand on studying foreign experience and research. It also outlines the tasks facing the bodies of justice in matters related to a unified state legal policy, accurate organization of lawmaking activities, consistent and uniform law enforcement practice, and puts forward proposals in this regard.
