RULES OF THE GAME, THE ROLE OF ORGANIZING AND CONDUCTING COMPETITIONS IN INCREASING THE POPULARITY OF FOOTBALL

Football as a means of improving physical and mental functions, which has a complex effect on the human body, is a very popular sport among all segments of the country's population, especially students. Therefore, this sport is included in the curriculum and the program of multi-level competitions. The first rules that have come down to us were approved during the foundation of the English Football Association in London on October 26, 1863, the first official rules of this game, consisting of 13 articles, and later these rules became the basis of the football game for all other associations.
