ANTHROPOMETRIC PARAMETERS OF THE ANGLE OF MANDIBLE IN CHILDREN WITH CCLP

The purpose of the study is to determine the anthropometric parameters of the angle of mandible in children with congenital cleft lip and palate. The study showed that the morphological and physiognomic height of the face in children with congenital cleft lip and palate is less than in healthy children. The angles of the mandible in children with CCLP are more obtuse, depending on the more affected side, and this indicates a lag in the formation of the mandible. This parameter indicates the physical development of the undamaged side of the lower jaw, in addition, a delay in the timing of eruption of permanent teeth, the formation of morphometric parameters of the jaws and the facial skeleton was revealed.
