<em>This article discusses proposals to improve the legislation on liability for the legalization of criminal proceeds. The latest changes in legislation on the establishment of criminal liability for legal entities for money laundering are analyzed. At the same time, this article analyzes the practical significance of the role of law enforcement agencies in the application of FATF Recommendations.</em>
