Аннотация

The article discusses the features of the influence of hypothyroidism on the diagnostic effectiveness of various methods of radiation diagnosis of breast diseases. In 2019-2021 years, the study included 60 patients: 27 (45 %) with hypothyroidism and 23(38.3%) without hypothyroidism. Mammography and ultrasound with Doppler mapping and qualitative elastography were performed. The effectiveness of mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer in patients with hypothyroidism is lower than in patients without hypothyroidism. The combination of mammography and ultrasound with Doppler mapping is most effective in patients with hypothyroidism. High-quality elastography is impractical due to the lack of additional information compared to Doppler mapping.
