Аннотация

Presently, the accessibility of the application holds utmost significance. A minute-long unavailability poses a significant challenge for businesses, jeopardizing the company's reputation, particularly for those requiring 24/7 application access. Traditional companies with physical infrastructures often find it necessary to replicate their setup to guarantee spare capacity availability in case of disasters. In today's landscape, numerous cloud service providers offer Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) to assist companies in their system recovery for seamless business continuity. Many businesses find it challenging to choose the appropriate provider due to the crucial significance of Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO) metrics in disaster recovery planning. This piece presents an approach for designing and analyzing the implementation of these metrics with two separate cloud providers.
