The practice of developing countries of the world shows that in conditions of dependence on imports, these problems can be solved by stimulating economic growth, which is based on the organization of industrial production that replaces imports. In this regard, within the framework of this scientific article, the issues of industrial production of import-substituting goods in the context of the transition to an innovative economy in determining the main directions of import substitution growth will be considered.
