Аннотация

Abstract The research is devoted to the study of the genetic parameters of a less studied trait - the intensity of egg laying on the first day of female silkworm butterflies. Based on genetic experiments conducted in promising lines Line 27 and Line 28, it was found that the variability of this trait is Cv = 15,0-15,3%, and the heritability coefficient h2 = 0,321-0,340. Also, for the first time, a close positive correlation was established between the intensity of egg laying on the first day and the leading reproductive signs. A close positive correlation (rp = 0,432-0,692) was found between the growth rate of caterpillars and their productivity reflected in the yield of cocoons. At the same time, it was found that fast-growing caterpillars are less susceptible to diseases.
