Аннотация
Juvenile pregnancy is not only a medical problem, but also a social one. Early pregnancy in 50-60% of cases is unplanned and unwanted, and therefore more often ends with an artificial termination. Pregnancy in minors is not physiological due to the peculiarities of hormonal status, incompleteness of differentiation of the myometrium and the nervous apparatus of the uterus. Underage pregnant women are a high-risk group, which requires special attention of doctors at all stages of observation, both in the antenatal clinic and in the hospital during childbirth and the postpartum period.
