CULTURAL AND SCIENTIFIC ENVIRONMENT IN CENTRAL ASIA IN THE XIII-XV CENTURIES

In this article, the manners of debating are researched on the basis of the work "Risala fi'l-adab'l-munazara" by Ahmad Shawqi Abdallah, one of the Ottoman scholars. The etiquette of debate was systematized by Shamsiddin Samarkandi and created a solid foundation for the excellent works created by Kafavi, Najmiddin Pahlavon and other famous scholars. It is believed that Najmiddin Pahlavon was inspired by Shamsiddin Samarkandi's work "Bahs-munozara odobi" and created this work as a commentary on it, and this was emphasized by him several times.
