Аннотация

Biogas plants are process lines consisting of bioreactors equipped with a set of equipment for feed preparation and feeding, heating, mixing, storing and using the biogas, discharging and transporting the sludge. High process line reliability is one of the main factors in ensuring high efficiency in biogas production. The purpose of the study is to develop a methodology for calculating the main operational indicators of the reliability of biogas plant equipment by determining the probability of states of technological lines. One of the promising directions for stimulating reliability improvement at the stage of designing and manufacturing equipment for process lines of biogas plants is to include in the cost of equipment the costs of its maintenance and repair for the maximum possible service life, taking into account the specific conditions in which the process equipment will operate. Organisational and economic methods at the equipment operation and maintenance stage consist of developing operational support, installing and setting up equipment, training personnel to operate new equipment, and quantifying the optimum timing and scope of maintenance work. The resulting analytical dependencies are useful for calculating the reliability and efficiency of the process system. Knowing the probabilities of system states, it is possible to determine the main indicators of reliability of technological lines of biogas plants. From an economic point of view, a significant increase in the ratio of recovery rate to failure rate is not feasible, as it requires a significant increase in the number of maintenance personnel. At the same time, it should be noted that due to the random nature of failures in the equipment of biogas plant process lines, workers will be loaded unevenly and incompletely, which will certainly affect the total production costs and overall production efficiency.
