LEGAL REGULATION OF SMALL BUSINESS ACTIVITIES IN AGRICULTURE AND THE PROBLEMS OF THEIR IMPROVEMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL CIVIL CIRCULATION

This given article deals with the legal framework for the implementation of the activities of small businesses in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan. In a comparative legal analysis of the legal acts of the countries, some features of the regulation of the activities of small businesses in the field of agriculture are revealed. In the process of studying the scientific works of lawyers, experts in this field, conclusions and proposals were made regarding the improvement of the legal regulation of entrepreneurial activities of small businesses. Particularly noted are the ways to improve the legal regulation of entrepreneurship in the context of the digitalization of economic processes.
