Аннотация

Aim. To study experimentally the effect of lymphotropic antibiotic therapy and regional lymphostimulation on the healing of a gunshot wound.Material and methods. Experimental studies were performed on 50 rabbits, where morphological changes in tissues and lymphatic bed during gunshot trauma were studied using light and electron microscopy.Results. The lymphatic system undergoes a significant restructuring in case of a gunshot wound, with thedevelopment of insufficiency of lymphatic drainage of tissues, accumulation of edematous fluid, dysmetabolism products and microbes in the interstitial. The implementation of regional lymphotropic therapyallows to improve microcirculation and leads to a significant acceleration of the course of the wound process as early as 3 days after the start of treatment.Conclusion. Regional lymphotropic antibiotic therapy and lymphostimulation significantly reduce edemaand inflammation and accelerate tissue regeneration.
