Аннотация

Objective: to identify the dynamics of changes in the structures of the liver at different times after death from mechanical asphyxia as a result of hanging to establish the limitation of death. Methods: The structures of the liver from 132 cadavers of persons who died as a result of mechanical asphyxia-hanging were examined. Among the dead were 112 men, 20 women, aged 18 to 61 years. The post-mortem period ranged from 6-8 to 25-28 hours, with the largest number of deaths occurring at 6-8 hours (29%) and 9-10 hours (15%). Cases with other terms of the post-mortem period ranged from 4.0% to 13.0%. Obtained results: Under conditions of high air temperature, microscopic changes in autolysis in hepatocytes after death from hanging appear much earlier (from 11-12 hours), while by 25-28 hours there is a significant violation of the structure of the liver. Under conditions of average ambient temperature, manifestations of autolysis in hepatocytes are observed after 13-14 hours, and by 25-28 hours, massive necrosis of hepatocytes develops. Under conditions of low temperature, after 15-16 hours, necrobiotic changes are detected and by 25-28 hours there are manifestations of necrosis in hepatocytes; Under conditions of high air temperature, autolysis of blood cells in the vessels of the liver after death from hanging develops after 11-12 hours of the post-meter period, and under conditions of average temperature, these changes are observed after 13-14 hours and under conditions of low temperature, after 15-16 hours . Pronounced destructive changes in the structures of blood vessels under conditions of high temperature begin from 13-14 hours of the post-mortem period, the perivascular space during this period greatly expands, and under conditions of medium temperature, such conditions are observed by 15-16 hours, and under conditions of low temperature, after 19-19 hours. 20 hours after death. Conclusions. Autolytic changes in the structures of the parenchyma, blood vessels and intravascular contents of the liver develop at different times of the post-mortem period, depending on the temperatures of the environmental conditions of the dry arid zone. It was noted that as the duration of the post-mortem period increases, there is a progressive decrease in the volume of the area of hepatocytes and blood vessels, and the area of the perisinusoidal and perivascular space increases. Under conditions of high air temperature, when comparing the morphometric parameters of the first and last periods, the volume of hepatocyte area indicators decreases by 5 times, and in the structures of vessels, a decrease in the area volume by almost 4 times can be observed (P≤0.001); under conditions of average air temperature, when comparing the morphometric parameters of the first and last periods, the volume of the area of hepatocytes decreases by 3 times, and the vessels decrease by almost 3.75 times (P≤0.001); Under conditions of low air temperature, when comparing the morphometric parameters of the first and last periods, the area of hepatocytes decreases by 2.2 times, in the vessels one can observe their decrease by almost 4.4 times (P≤0.001);
