THE ROLE OF ENDOSCOPIC METHODS IN THE COMPLEX TREATMENT OF GERD COMPLICATIONS

This article deals with the complex treatment of one of the problems of modern medicine - complications of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) on the mucous membrane in the esophagus. The data of the study and treatment of patients in the endoscopic department and in the department of Thoraco-abdominal oncosurgery of the State Institution “RSNPMTSH named after A.I. acad. V. Vakhidov. To improve the treatment parameters, laser radiation, which is part of modern complex treatment methods, was used. And also, examples of modern tactics of surgical treatment of the most formidable complications of GERD - adenocarcinoma of the esophagus are given.
