Аннотация
Currently, evaluation of the effectiveness of surgical treatment of malformations of the colon, in particular Hirschsprung's disease, is becoming increasingly important. According to various authors, approximately 25-30% of patients have residual functional disorders, mainly episodic constipation and fecal incontinence, despite a technically flawless operation [2-7]. In this regard, there is a need to objectify the essence and nature of functional pathologies and to develop restorative therapeutic measures.
