MAIN DIRECTIONS OF IMPROVING THE LEGISLATION REGARDING CITIZEN PARTICIPATION IN THE NORM-MAKING PROCESS

In this scientific article, the legal bases of citizen participation in the process of norm creation and their specific features are analyzed. As a result of the analysis, existing problems regarding the legal basis of citizens' participation in the process of norm creation were identified, and scientifically based proposals and recommendations were put forward for their solutions. In particular, in the research work, repetitions in legislative documents, the negative effects of using different terms to express the same concept are revealed with the help of specific examples.
