QUALIFICATION OF THE ACT IN THE EVENT OF A MISTAKE IN RELATION TO THE SIGNS OF THE CRIME PROVIDED FOR IN THE SPECIAL PART OF THE CRIMINAL CODE

This scientific article is devoted to the issues of qualification of the act when a person commits a mistake regarding the signs of the crime provided for in the special part of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In the article, special attention is paid to its qualification based on the characteristics of the committed socially dangerous act (act or inaction), that is, the elements of the crime. Also, in this article, which is the result of scientific work, a number of current issues related to the same topic are separately approached.
