SOCIAL DANGER OF ORGANIZING AND CONDUCTING GAMBLING AND OTHER GAMES BASED ON RISK

This article analyzes the issues of responsibility for the organization and conduct of gambling and other games based on risk. Also, the opinions of scientists are studied and debated. This article highlights the high social risk of organizing and conducting gambling and risk-based games in maintaining public order. In particular, issues related to the illegal activities related to the organization and conduct of gambling games were analyzed, which contribute to the increase of non-bank circulation of cash, the evasion of paying taxes and other payments, and thus undermine the economic foundations of the country and lead to violations of public order and security.
