POSSIBILITIES OF CLINICAL AND LABORATORY AND INSTRUMENTAL STUDIES IN NON – ALCOHOLIC FATTY LIVER DISEASE

Modern living conditions, dietary habits and physical inactivity have led to a significant increase in the prevalence of obesity, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and these rates are steadily growing, which allows us to fully consider non-alcoholic fatty liver disease as one of the most important problems of the medical community in 21 century. Modern ideas about the etiology, prevalence, pathogenesis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, its main forms, risk factors are outlined.
