UNIVERSALIZATION OF THE IDEA OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN GLOBAL SOCIO-POLITICAL PROCESSES

This article scientifically analyzes the special role of the idea and concept of human rights in the process of modern social, political, cultural and ideological changes. It has been studied that an important factor is the cooperation programs between the state and various public organizations aimed at solving the problem that arises against the backdrop of globalization, in turn, at ensuring and protecting human rights and freedoms, promoting the interests of citizens.
