Prospects of using saffron in the treatment of parkinson's disease in folk medicine

Saffron is a valuable plant that has been used in folk medicine for the treatment of many diseases since ancient times. Saffron contains carbohydrates, proteins, water, caratinoids, flavonoids, vitamins and inorganic substances. In this study, we determined the amount of some representatives of flavonoids in the extract prepared from saffron stigmas using the method of high-performance liquid chromatography.
