JUVENILE DYSMENORRHEA AS A GENETICALLY DETERMINATED PATHOLOGY OF CONNECTIVE TISSUE DYSPLASIA
Аннотация
The dysmenorrhea is listed in publications of a number of researchers among manifestations of the dysmorphism of connecting tissue (DCT). It is standard to estimate metabolism of a collagen by means of definition in blood and urine of a product of disintegration of a collagen – an oxyproline. A research objective was identification of correlative dependence at the girls having manifestations of DCT from severity of a juvenile dysmenorrhea. It was as a result revealed that the expressiveness of an oxyproline in urine depends on existence of symptoms of DCT and severity of a dysmenorrhea juvenile dysmenorrhea in girls with DCT is a genetically determined condition that manifests itself when exposed to risk factors.
