Potential competing interests: No potential competing interests to declare.This article deals with a new meshless method to study problems with multiple and complicated boundary conditions.The work is very interesting.The theoretical part is exhaustive.The benchmarks range from simple to cumbersome geometry.The results show the potentialities of the method compared to the other meshless method.Finally, the article needs a language revision.
