This article is devoted to solving the problems of effective business management in the construction industry in the regions, and what areas should be taken into consideration in order to further improve entrepreneurship in construction and based on the development of the private sector in construction, as well as the introduction of a cluster model in the construction of the region allows to effectively manage entrepreneurial activity in the construction industry.
