D5.3 Roadmap for enhancing the pan-European operational and procedural capabilities for first aid response on multi-casualty disasters

This D5.3 develops an analysis, prioritisation and programming for the development and adoption of new common practices and procedures, ultimately translated into EU-level roadmaps for the standardisation of first responder response in the EU market with different approaches: recognition, triage and crisis response planning, maintenance, logistics and deployment, command and control and operational decision support, common operational picture and alert and warning.
