Аннотация

In this paper has been made forecast scenarios of socio-economic efficiency of water use in agriculture of Uzbekistan. Percentage of GDP generated by irrigation methods in agriculture and indicators of the sustainable development goals of the United Nations had been used to describe the socio-economic efficiency of water use in Uzbekistan's agriculture forecasted using the international database AQUASTAT and the analysis of this efficiency based on mathematical models using internationally comparable data. Farming with irrigation technologies as a percentage of gross value added created in agriculture ("percentage of agricultural GDP produced in irrigated agriculture") and the first of the aforementioned indicators as a product of GDP share created in agriculture ("Agriculture, value added (% GDP)") can be computed using AQUASTAT data.
