Conceptual model of the expert system for assessment, analysis and standardization risk management

This article discusses the process approach for the development of standards and the methodology of expert evaluation of the effectiveness of the approval of the standard in the state register. The method of identification and risk assessment in the development of the standards is being described by the authors.
