The choice of raw materials for the production of bicomponent yarn
Аннотация
The article explores the effective use of silk fiber yarn, ways to obtain bicomponent yarn by mixing it with different fibers. Taking into account the climatic conditions of Uzbekistan, natural wool and silk fiber are mixed and the properties of the obtained yarn are studied. The work of Uzbek and foreign scientists conducting research in this area has been analyzed in depth. The lengths of the fibers and their suitability for mixing with each other were determined experimentally. The effect of the proportion of silk fiber on the quality of the obtained yarn and changes in its hygroscopic properties were found. The properties of yarns obtained from fibers mixed with 100% wool were analyzed by comparison. According to the results, the silk wool obtained by the new method has higher performance than pure wool yarn. Through the effective use of silk yarns, a new range of yarns has been created, and opportunities have been created to obtain fabrics that are suitable for hot climates. The results obtained are described in tables and histograms.
