Improvement of the parameters of the elastic coating of the crushing roller in the production of "Siro" yarn

In this article, the formula for calculating the coefficient of uniformity in drafting the polyester fiber of the elastic coating of the crushing roller of the front drafting pair of the ring spinning machine in the production of "Siro" yarn with different components is determined. Graphs of the dependence of the coefficient of uniformity of the elastic coating of the crushing roller on polyester roving drafting on the diameter of cotton and polyester rovings were made. Formulas for determining friction forces with the surface of the crushing roller during the drafting of cotton and polyester rovings were developed. Graphs of dependence of friction coefficients of friction forces with the surfaces of the crushing roller of cotton and polyester rovings and the uniformity of the elastic coating of the crushing roller were obtained. It has been proven that the forces of friction with the crushing roller of cotton and polyester are equal to ensure the same elongation of cotton and polyester rovings, to ensure the production of "Siro" yarn with different components in the same plane.
