Аннотация

The article presents the results of research to substantiate the kinematic mode of operation of the rotor of a combined machine for pre-sowing tillage. The design feature of the rotor and the analytical dependence are given, which allows determining the technological mode of operation of the rotor depending on the design parameters and the speed mode of operation of the latter. Unlike the serial ones, this rotor is equipped with knives that performs tillage with equidistant displacement of the top of the deformation zone of each subsequent cycle from the previous one in the direction of the width of the machine, thereby ensuring uniformity of the bottom of the treatment by eliminating the formation of undesirable scallops. The conducted studies also showed that with the number of knives fixed on one plane of the rotor disk Zk = 3, and the permissible initial requirements of the bottom of the processing, the rational value of the kinematic mode is = 4.5, in which the feed to the knife does not exceed 8.4 cm and the repeated impact of the rotor knives on the soil is excluded.
