The development of information-communicative competence in students creates certain changes in human psychology, creates an important psychological basis for accelerating the system of creating productive technical and creative samples. Based on this, the development of informational and communicative competence requires taking into account the influence of several psychological, pedagogical, and technological features. Several of these features are analyzed in this article.
