Relevance. The article examines the legal status of sports agents and the problems of its modern regulatory regulation, analyzes scientific papers and normative legal acts. The purpose of the study is to determine the functions of a sports agent in the context of modern competitive realities of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Organization and methods of research.
