A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF APPAREL NAMES IN ENGLISH AND UZBEKI

This article provides general and theoretical information about phraseology, theoretical information about phraseology of world scientists. The lexical-semantics of phraseological units with a clothing component in the languages being compared (English and Uzbek) and the analysis of their similarities and differences are given. Phraseological units are given similarities and differences based on the people's lifestyle, history of origin, their universal and national values.
