NEW TRENDS IN ENSURING SECURITY IN CENTRAL ASIA AND ISSUES OF FORMING A NEW MODEL OF REGIONAL SECURITY

The author examines possible ways to improve the legal culture of Russian society at the present stage.The article concludes that in order to resolve the problems, a purposeful state policy is needed, aimed at increasing the level of legal culture of society through law-making, the legislative process, and the media.
