Аннотация

This article investigates the Cauchy problem for a third-order pseudo-parabolic equation with a Bessel operator. Using the Erdélyi–Kober operator transformation, the Riemann’s function for this equation is constructed, which is expressed through the hypergeometric Kampé de Fériet function. In particular, we obtain the Riemann’s function for a one-dimensional pseudo-parabolic equation.
