IMPROVING METHODS TO ENSURE ACCURACY IN THE MACHINING AND REPAIR OF AIRCRAFT PARTS USING MULTI-PARAMETRIC CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
Аннотация
This article examines algorithms for the movement of measuring heads (MH) on controlled component surfaces on numerically controlled (NC) machines. Algorithms for surface inspection are developed based on the installation error range of the components. An algorithm for moving the measuring head in hole inspection, accounting for component installation error, is presented. The inspection time is determined to identify optimal movement algorithms for measuring heads on controlled surfaces. A method for inspecting component planes is presented, along with formulas for calculating the inspection time of both plane and hole measurements, considering installation error. Algorithms for plane inspection based on various installation error ranges are developed. A formula for hole inspection time is also provided. Experimental studies conducted on a test stand for inspecting reference surfaces using measuring heads on an NC machine are included. Algorithms for hole inspection under various installation error ranges are developed and for hole inspection with installation error correction using combined measuring heads. An algorithm for hole inspection and a scheme for selecting the number of probes - k and the minimum and maximum sizes of combined MH based on the installation error range are developed.
