Аннотация

This study investigated the selected cultures' innovativeness and entrepreneurial intentions. Understanding these attributes facilitates deeper insights into cultural differences in entrepreneurship and the support needed to cultivate more successful entrepreneurs. The two relevant variables were innovativeness and intention to start a business. A survey instrument was used to collect data from 1,086 business students from several countries in the Asian, Baltic, USA, Nordic Middle, South, and East Europe cultural clusters. Results indicated various statistically significant differences between the cultures. The discussion of country-specific strategies concerning enhancing entrepreneurship is at the end of the paper.
