Study of anisotropy of acousto-optic interaction in langasite crystals

This article investigates the anisotropy of acousto-optic interaction in langasite crystals. The study analyzes the directional dependences of the effective photoelastic coefficient and acousto-optic figure of merit, which are important for selecting optimal crystal cuts and geometries for acousto-optic devices.
