NOMETRIC PROJECTIONS AND THEIR SIGNIFICANCE IN ENGINEERING GRAPHICS PROCESSES

This work describes the concept of axonometry, its essence and importance in drawing. Using axonometry, objects can be clearly depicted on the basis of parallel projections, types of axonometry with right angles and oblique angles, as well as the use of isometry and dimetry are briefly explained. Also, general information about axonometric cuts and rules for hatching cross-sectional surfaces is given.
