Аннотация

This research aims to determine the possibilities of reducing technological barriers in the global markets for ICT goods to ensure digital inclusiveness in international entrepreneurship. To achieve the research goal, the authors conduct a factor analysis of digital inclusiveness in the global markets for ICT goods using correlation and regression analysis. As a result, based on the experience of the top 20 countries, which were key participants in the global market for ICT goods in 2023, the authors developed an econometric model of digital inclusiveness in entrepreneurship through the prism of technological barriers in the global markets for ICT goods. The constructed model holds theoretical significance as it made it possible to select globalization directions that positively and consistently impact digital inclusiveness. The model is valuable for forecasting. It allows predicting how digital inclusiveness in global ICT markets will change under the influence of globalization factors. The research contributes to developing the theory of free international trade (free trade) by rethinking the essence of digital inclusiveness in entrepreneurship through the lens of market technological barriers and refining its key factors using the global markets for ICT goods as an example. The main conclusion from the conducted research is that globalization in all directions is certainly important for ensuring inclusiveness in the global ICT goods markets. However, it only partially reduces their technological barriers and makes a limited contribution to ensuring freedom of international trade in these markets. The practical significance lies in the perspective revealed in this research of increasing the inclusiveness of the global markets for ICT goods through globalization management.
