Аннотация

The problem of water consumption is acute in all countries of the South-eastern region, in Central Asia. Special attention is given to water use issues in the Republic of Uzbekistan. In Uzbekistan, only 11.5 km 3 of surface runoff of internal rivers and 9.5 km 3 of return and groundwater are formed, and 60–67 km 3 of water resources come from the Amu-Darya and Syr-Darya rivers. Water supply may fluctuate from year to year. The paper presents an analysis of water consumption in various industries based on the use of water. Since three types of mathematical models were used to predict water consumption, the result is very different from the actual water consumption. The population of the Republic of Uzbekistan and water consumption are growing at a high rate (2,000 people a day). To provide agriculture and the population with water, it is necessary to create a mathematical model of water consumption and make a forecast. The paper presents the results of studies on the calculation and forecasting of water consumption from 1992 to 2030. Based on the least squares method for linear and parabolic schemes, mathematical models are constructed, comparative analysis and forecasting using the constructed models provided.
