Аннотация

The development of medical-technical thinking is an essential component of preparing future medical professionals for effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making in clinical contexts. This paper explores innovative approaches to cultivating medical-technical thinking within English language practical classes, focusing on the integration of linguistic competence with professional knowledge. Drawing on theoretical foundations from cognitive linguistics, ESP (English for Specific Purposes), and didactic methodologies, the study highlights the role of case-based learning, problem-based tasks, simulation techniques, and ICT-supported activities in fostering critical and analytical skills. Special attention is given to the integration of medical terminology, authentic discourse, and interactive tasks that mirror real-life clinical situations. The analysis demonstrates that innovative methods not only enhance students' linguistic proficiency but also strengthen their ability to apply professional reasoning in English, thereby bridging the gap between language education and medical practice. The findings underline the importance of a linguodidactic approach that combines communicative competence, professional relevance, and modern pedagogical strategies.
